-This hemp insert is made from three layers of hemp/cotton mix (55% hemp, 45% cotton), this is a great combination as cotton is fast to absorb where as hemp can hold large quantities of liquids!

-These are one size inserts so can be used in all of the Bells Bumz one size diapers along with any other one size diapers!
