Bells Bumz Bamboo/hemp insert consist of 2 layers of hemp and 2 layers of bamboo. Inserts are compatible with pull-up, pockets, wraps, and fitted diapers. We do recommend moving up to one size  size once baby is around 6 months old. The size one inserts work great as a booster once baby is older.
